Hola Ana, acabo de rellenar mi primera porcchieta y le he puesto pistachos y anacardos. He completado el relleno con unas salchichas ( butifarra fresca) que he amasado con el resto del relleno una vez he cocinado las semillas y el hinojo fresco. Le he añadido ralladura de naranja y el zumo.

Hola, tengo idea de hacer esta receta para estas fiestas pero hay algunos ingredientes que no nos gustan. He pensado sustituir los piñones por pistachos pero no sé qué incluir en lugar de los orejones y la cebolla. ¿Pera o manzana? Creo que puede aportarle dulzor y jugosidad pero no sé si será una buena idea. ¿Qué opinas? Acepto sugerencias. Gracias.
Hola Ana, los pistachos perfectos en vez de piñones y yo le pondría manzana, con la carne va genial y le dará un punto dulce sin ser en exceso. Te quedará muy jugoso y genial ya lo verás. Muchísimas gracias ☺️
